On July 14, 2023, the "2nd Sodium-ion Battery Industry Chain and Standards Development Forum" was held in Wuxi, jointly sponsored by Zhongguancun Energy Storage Industry Technology Alliance, China Electronics Standardization Institute, and Wuxi Xishan District Government. In view of the current situation and application of the sodium-ion battery industry chain, the forum discussed the standard needs and standard systems of sodium-ion batteries, and released the evaluation results of existing sodium-ion battery products, with high specifications and deep impact, aiming to further promote the industrialization of sodium-ion batteries and the construction of standard systems. At the forum, Nantong City was awarded the "Top Ten Innovative Cities for Sodium-ion Batteries in 2023", and Highstar Power was awarded the double honor of "the first batch of sodium-ion battery evaluation units in China" and "sodium-ion battery innovation enterprise" by virtue of its achievements in product research and development, technological innovation and related applications.

As a pioneer in the application and practice of sodium-ion batteries, Highstar sodium-ion batteries have been successfully equipped with household storage, electric forklifts, golf carts and other fields, and are expected to target diversified markets such as two-wheeled vehicles, communication backup and CE fields.

In addition to the 50160118 prismatic and 18650 small cylindrical sodium-ion batteries launched this year, 32/46 large cylindrical sodium-ion batteries and 71173208 prismatic sodium-ion batteries are also being planned, hoping to create more value for customers through continuous R&D and innovation, and technological innovation for the industrial application of sodium electricity.
