From May 13-15th, 2026, the 18th China International Battery Fair, CIBF2026, was held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. Under the theme of “GLOBAL CORE LINK · PREMIUM QUALITY CHOICE”, highstar presented its three major battery technology routes: cylindrical ternary lithium batteries, prismatic lithium iron phosphate batteries, and sodium-ion batteries.Targeting professional power application scenarios such as high-end power tools, AIDC backup power, energy storage, communication backup power, and low-speed vehicles, highstar demonstrated its comprehensive strengths in technology R&D, product quality, and global delivery capabilities.

Tabless 21700-50PS: A 5.0Ah All-Round Performer Unlocking the High-Performance Potential of Cylindrical Batteries.
At the cylindrical battery exhibition area, highstar highlighted its Tabless 21700-50PS cell. Based on a 5.0Ah capacity, the product integrates a Ni90+ high-energy cathode, a new-generation silicon-carbon fast-charging anode, and a three-dimensional “point-line-surface” electronic conductive network, enabling a comprehensive upgrade in cell performance.The product features 250A high-power output, wide-temperature adaptability from -40°C to 80°C, 3C fast charging, and a cycle life of 1,000 cycles. It can be widely applied in high-end power tools, garden tools, industrial robots and AGVs, AIDC, eVTOL, and other fields.Currently, the Tabless production line at highstar’s Malaysia base has achieved mass production and delivery, meeting overseas customers’ needs for stable supply, rapid response, and global delivery.

Prismatic LFP Battery: Designed for AIDC Backup Power and Redefining the Limits of High-Rate Performance.
In response to the increasing demand from AI computing centers for high-power, fast-response, and highly safe backup power systems, highstar introduced the IFP50160118-85Ah prismatic lithium iron phosphate battery.
Through comprehensive optimization of the chemical system, tab structure, and low-resistance terminal design, the product achieves 10C continuous high-rate discharge, with an instantaneous rate of up to 12C. It provides stable support during the critical “golden six minutes” after a power outage in data centers.
The product also features millisecond-level rapid switching, Supports over 60,000 high-frequency pulse charge and discharge cycles. With a highly uniform temperature field under high-rate operation, it supports wide-temperature operation from -20°C to 60°C and has passed rigorous safety tests including nail penetration, overcharge, and over-discharge.
In addition, highstar also showcased the 50160118-100 series products, as well as 314Ah, 392Ah, and 588Ah energy storage cells, covering application scenarios such as residential energy storage, commercial and industrial energy storage, and low-speed vehicles. This further enriches highstar’s prismatic LFP product portfolio.


Full-Scenario Sodium-Ion Battery Solutions: Empowering Global Energy Storage with NFPP Technology
Under the theme of “Sodium Power Shines Globally · Energizing the Future”, the sodium-ion battery exhibition area showcased highstar’s sodium-ion batteries and full-scenario solutions.
The cylindrical and prismatic sodium-ion products on display, including 15ER and 160Ah models, feature high safety, long cycle life, and wide-temperature adaptability. They can be applied in outdoor integrated energy storage cabinets, communication backup power systems, containerized energy storage systems, automotive start-stop power systems, and other scenarios.
With the construction of its sodium-ion battery production base in Neijiang, Sichuan progressing steadily, highstar will further improve its layout of next-generation battery technologies and accelerate the industrial application of sodium-ion batteries.

Advancing “One Carbon, Two Certificates” to Support Green and Low-Carbon Development
During the exhibition, Shanghai Research Institute of Chemical Industry joined hands with TÜV Rheinland to provide highstar with a tailored “One Carbon, Two Certificates” integrated service. The service covers ESG assessment, due diligence, organizational carbon footprint verification, and full-process product carbon footprint certification.
This in-depth cooperation will provide important support for highstar in responding to the carbon footprint requirements of the EU New Battery Regulation, overcoming green barriers in international trade, and advancing its dual-carbon goals. It will also establish a collaborative low-carbon development benchmark among certification bodies, research institutes, and manufacturing enterprises, supporting the low-carbon transformation and international strategic development of the new energy industry.
