On December 13, the 2024 GG Energy Storage Annual Conference and GG Golden Globe Awards Ceremony were held in Shenzhen under the theme "Embracing Change with Integrity and Innovation." As of July 2024, plans for new energy storage capacity continue to climb. Across China, 26 provinces and cities have set goals for a total installed capacity of 86.6GW by 2025, far exceeding the 40GW target outlined in the "2024-2025 Energy Conservation and Carbon Reduction Action Plan."  Over 20 regions have also set ambitious revenue or production goals exceeding 500 billion yuan, with total targets approaching 3.4 trillion yuan.
