On June 13, Highstar Power Technology successfully passed the rigorous audit conducted by TTI, a global leader in power tools, for its newly added 2.5Ah battery production line. This milestone marks a significant step forward in the strategic partnership between the two companies. The successful audit reflects Highstar’s ongoing improvements and capabilities in manufacturing management, quality control, and production standards, laying a solid foundation for deeper cooperation in overseas markets such as Malaysia.

TTI, a global leader in power tools and home improvement solutions, owns premium brands like Milwaukee and Ryobi. Known for its stringent requirements for lithium battery products, TTI's audit highlights Highstar’s ability to provide stable, reliable, and large-scale supply of high-end lithium batteries to top international clients. This achievement showcases Highstar’s growing manufacturing strength and robust delivery capacity, demonstrating its steady progress toward becoming a world-class battery cell supplier. Amid increasing industry competition, TTI’s decision to deepen its collaboration with Highstar is a strong endorsement of the company’s comprehensive strengths in R&D, production, and quality assurance.
Highstar is also accelerating its global expansion. Its first overseas battery cell factory—Highstar (Malaysia) Power Technology Co., Ltd.—is under construction with a planned total investment of RMB 750 million. Focused on cylindrical battery production for power tools, smart mobility, and cleaning appliances, the facility is designed for an annual capacity of 2.5GWh. Mechanical and electrical works and equipment commissioning are expected to be completed within six months, with mass production scheduled to begin in Q3 2025. Once operational, it will be Highstar’s first overseas plant to achieve volume production and delivery, enabling the company to better serve markets across Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America.
Looking ahead, the collaboration between Highstar and TTI will gradually extend to overseas markets, particularly around the construction and operation of the Malaysian base. As a key node in Highstar’s global strategy, this facility will support localized delivery and cost optimization, strengthening the foundation for a more competitive and flexible global supply chain.
Guided by a customer-centric philosophy, Highstar will continue aligning with global market demands and industry innovation trends. The company remains committed to smart production upgrades, product R&D innovation, and enhanced end-to-end quality management. It aims to deepen its strategic global footprint and foster broader, deeper, and more diverse cooperation with TTI, contributing jointly to the high-quality development of the global power tool industry.
The successful certification of the new production line marks another significant milestone in Highstar’s development and a crucial step in its globalization journey. With outstanding products and services, Highstar is committed to rewarding customers' trust and support, and partnering with TTI to build a broader and brighter future together.

From June 3 to 5, the 19th SNEC PV+ International Photovoltaic Power Generation and Smart Energy Conference & Exhibition was held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai.

From cylindrical ternary lithium batteries to prismatic lithium iron phosphate batteries, and from sodium-ion batteries to the development of a low-carbon certification system, highstar continues to serve the global professional power market with multiple technology routes, diverse application scenarios, and multidimensional quality management capabilities.
