Highstar power supply signs framework agreement with Shaanxi Xinhua

On January 24, in order to thoroughly implement the idea of ecological civilization and practice the new strategy of four revolutions and one cooperation, Shaanxi Xinhua Water Conservancy and Hydropower Investment Co., Ltd. held the first formal cooperation meeting with Jiangsu Highstar Power Co., LTD., and signed the framework agreement.
